There is a fixed package price for the ‘party experience’ which includes our fully themed venue, entertainers, entertainment (games and activities), popular songs, face painting, basic magic show, karaoke, your digital invitations and standard cutlery.

The ‘party package’ is A$998 (1.5 hour party) and A$1,198 (2 hour party) and includes:

• Exclusive use of our magical fully themed venue with stunning internal settings, party lights and music playlist.
• A fully hosted party with two entertainers and one other party host who manage all aspects of children entertainment.
• A complete party program including face painting on arrival, games and activities, (dance moves for disco parties), karaoke session (if suitable), bubbles and games with prizes.
• Beautiful sound systems and songs played to a playlist of the theme or popular songs.
• Themed props, decorations, prizes, standard plates and cups included.
• ‘The Party Room for Kids’ digitally printed party invitation sent to your email.

The party package price listed above does not include food, cakes, party bags, personalised posters and photography! But we do offer these services as extras. Food (kids and adults) must be ordered from us.

We also prepare party bags and personalized posters to match your theme!

A deposit payment of A$499.00 (1.5 hours) or A$599 (2.0 hours) is required to “lock in” your party booking into our party calendar.  Once you have paid your deposit you can add your catering and cake options thereafter.

Please note outside food are not allowed to be brought in to the premises purely for health and safety reasons. The exception is food for children with sever allergies. You may bring your cakes in as long as they have been made to commercial standards and are not a health and safety risk to the guests. The customer bears full responsibility for any risks to guests and staff arising from such BYO cakes and or any BYO food if permitted. BYO cakes incurs a handling fee of A$29 as we provide the candles, cutlery, cake arrangement and service, packing the remainder for takeaway.

The kids standard menu is A$9.95 per child and includes fairy bread, fruits, sausage rolls (mini), pies (mini) or mini margarita pizzas, popcorn and plain water. For vegetarian options, you may swap the sausage rolls and pies to cheese pasties or cheese sandwiches.

The adults menu includes a range of delicious freshly made gourmet sandwiches platters, fruit and cheese platters, hot savory platters and various other party delicacies.
